USS Cole DDG-67

In 2012, I was honored to interview CDR Kirk Lippold, who had been the Commanding Officer of USS Cole DDG-67 on October 12, 2000.

It was one of the most interesting and moving interviews I was ever privileged to conduct. The on-air portion did not include the parts when we were off air, which will forever be locked in  my memory.
