VE Day

I put this together back in May of 2015 for my regular show. I had been looking for some good audio to intro the VE Day show, and by the time I was done looking, I had this.

Before I released it, I sat back in my chair and closed my eyes and just let it take me back to my Grandparents house and the big radio in the living room. I just listened to the voices and the way it carried the moment.

I was actually surprised by one of the voices, it was not what I had expected at all.  And now, it has become a tradition of mine each VE Day to sit back and just listen to that moment again…
